    Directions

    Step 1

    在ELBA多功能电热锅里煮沸水,放入芋头蒸8至10分钟或直到芋头变软。 Boil water in ELBA Multicooker, steam the sliced yam on top for 8-10 mins or until soft.

    Step 2

    将芋头放入ELBA台式搅拌机内捣碎,加入调味料拌匀,然后逐步加入澄 面粉和酥油混合均匀。将芋头面团分成两份,形成一个圆环(约12公分圆 圈),收入冰箱中冷却30分钟 Mash the yam into ELBA Stand Mixer mixing bowl, adding seasoning mix well, then gradually mix in wheat starch & shortening. Divide yam dough into 2 portions & shape into a ring (approximately 12cm circles), keep into refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Step 3

    在ELBA多功能电热锅中加热油,放入芋圈炸8分钟或直到金黄色。取出 滴干油备用。 Heat oil in ELBA Multicooker, deep fried yam ring for 8 minutes or until light browned. Drain and set aside。

    Step 4

    加热ELBA多功能电热锅,放入酱料材料以中火煮至滚。加入鸡肉,转大 火炒煮至熟透,倒入灯笼椒拌炒,并以少许薯粉水勾芡。 Cooked teriyaki sauce in ELBA Multicooker with medium heat. Add in chicken, sauté a few seconds or simmer until cooked. Add in capsicum, stir well. Lastly thicken up with thickening solution.

    Step 5

    将照烧鸡肉馅料倒入的芋圈中,即可趁热享用。 Off heat & pour chicken filling into the crispy yam ring. Serve immediately.
